Weight loss goals for February:
- The Goal: Weight loss every week, even just a tiny bit.
The Reality: I gained 0.4 pounds, however I did have a banana and a bottle of water prior to the meeting so I’m not going to cry about it. - The Goal: Stay within daily and weekly WW points and track everything.
The Reality: I had a mayjah issue last Sunday with some Chinese food and a Pu-Pu platter. Other than that, stellar. - The Goal: Drink maximum of 3 nights per week (preferably 2).
The Reality: Drank last Saturday and on Tuesday. I also had one Bud Select 55 on Wednesday night, but according to my points calculator it came out to 0 points. Not totally surprising considering it’s really just beer flavored water, but good to know.
Running goals for February:
- The Goal: Finish C25K program!
The Reality: Finished W6D3 yesterday (1.96 miles in 26 minutes) Straight 25-30 minute runs from here on out, no more intervals! - The Goal: Meet with the doctor to find out if I have anterior shin splints or if (nooooooooooo) I’ve crossed into the realm of stress fractures.
The Reality: Appointment made. Judgment day is tomorrow at 3:45. - The goal: Work in an alternate workout (weights, bike, fencing, dancing like a fool, etc) at least once a week on off-running days.
The reality: On Wednesday I did a kickboxing DVD (so fun) and on Friday I did 47 minutes of walking on the treadmill.
Overall, I’m on track with my goals. I will continue to follow them like a good girl. I WILL.
Chinese food is the worst!! I can never contain myself. Also, how come although wine is 0 or 1 point on the points calculator they charge us 4?? Oh, right, cuz then I'd drink four classes of wine instead of a glass of milk ;)
