Good God she nailed it. Let’s review.
- LOST 1.2 pounds (down 20.2 now)
- Did THREE (not one, not two, but three different kinds of exercise in addition to my running: kickboxing, biked 10 miles, and a butt workout)
- Stayed within my WW points all week and tracked everything (using weekly points when needed) with some to spare
- Drank 3 nights (I had said that the third night option would be for special occasions and this was indeed the case, albeit a sad one)
- Ran 2.5 miles (longest distance this year) on Friday in 31:49, which included a couple of minutes here and there at 6.0 mph (fastest speed ever)
Also, looking back on all of the Saturdays I can remember for a long time (entering judgment-free protective bubble now)
I did not consume a single drop of alcohol yesterday. It was the first thing I announced when I rolled over in bed this morning at 7:45. Loudly.
Woo hoo! Way to go! Drinking is the hardest part, unfortunately. Why don't we invent Wine Light? :)
