My overwhelming generosity...be in awe

So there's this guy Abel who I follow over on Tumblr. (His blog is here if you want to check him out) He's doing something he calls The 6n6 challenge, where he is running 6 (SIX!) marathons (WHOLE MARATHONS!) in just 6 (SIX) months. People train for months and months to be able to run just a single marathon, so this feat is absolutely unimaginable to most. I believe he's done 4 so far.

If you're wondering why he's doing such a ludicrous thing, you may already be guessing it's for charity (it is). He's doing all of this to raise money to help those affected by Leukemia and Lymphoma. Noble cause, noble dude.

I'm not writing this post to get you to contribute to his cause (although I'm sure he would be thrilled if you did), but rather to show off the nice hand-written thank you note he takes the time to write all of the people who have donated to his cause. Here's mine:

I know my donation was a little bit over the top, but he really didn’t need to call out the exact amount…I almost blushed before posting for the world to see. Almost. I also like the drawing. I give him extra credit for running with such strangely shaped feet.
