Yummm...

Yesterday morning, as a special treat, Ryan and I made peanut butter and banana stuffed french toast, a recipe we saw on the food network and could not get out of our heads. SO GOOD!!!


We used (for 2 servings)

4 eggs
1/2 cup fat free half and half
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Few tablespoons of rum

4 thick slices of multigrain bread

1 banana
~4 tbsp of peanut butter (we used creamy, but whatever floats your boat!)

Now, something I added in after we made them was a big slice of thick bacon. That was the kicker for me!
