Breakfast today

Being home sick has its benefits...namely a nice home-cooked breakfast. :) Combined a half slice of thick sliced deli roast beef, 1/4 cup of mushrooms and one shallot to 1/4 cup shredded cheddar. Put inside 1 egg plus 2 egg whites.


Served it up with a sliced tomato rather than an English muffin because if you consider the individual ingredients, it was 8 points. However, when I made it into a recipe on WW, it was 12 points. What's up with that? I'm going with 10. It was nice and filling...here's the final (delicious) result!

  3. OMG!! I just saw this meal and was all like, WHOA!! Someone ELSE does the sliced tomatoe look? AWESOME. :)
