Yesterday was WW weigh-in day, and I’m happy to report that I lost 1.8 lbs last week. However, that was following last week’s +2.6. Grr. I just went back through all of my weights since the beginning of December, and I’ve only lost 4.4 pounds!!! That’s simply not going to work for me. I can’t keep going up and down so dramatically. I just want to go negative every single week, even if it’s -0.2.
So I guess there you have it, my goal for February is to have a loss every single week, even if it’s a tiny one. A loss is a loss is loss. It’s also a road to a new and improved me, someone I’ve been dying to meet for years.
On Friday I finished up Couch to 5K W5D3 with a bang, which was the first long (20 minute) stretch of running in the program. Felt great, no problems. I’m looking forward to Week 6.
