That is apparently not a possibility for me, at least not at this time. My 80% of the time eating Paleo has gone awry, and I'm eating crap and feeling like shit. Also, the pounds are creeping right back on.
Well guess what? Not happening. I'M ONTO YOU, SELF. Catchin' yo' shit before you get out of hand.
Back to all Paleo, all the time. Starting mostly today (save for a drink or two tonight because it was preplanned and it's just meeting for drinks).
For breakfast? BET (bacon, eggs, tomato).
