Mind Tricks

In anticipation of the serious feeling of missing out that comes with the initial stages of Paleo (waaahhh I want noodles and starches), I spent yesterday afternoon cooking up some delicious mind tricks for myself.

Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower
  • Zucchini
  • Green beans
  • Bacon
  • Garlic
  • Mushrooms
  • Eggs
  • Chicken (not pictured...it was a very shy chicken)
  • Awesome moose cutting board (thank you, Mego!)


Behold the mastery! You are looking at:
  • Cauliflower garlic mashed 'potatoes' (cauliflower, chicken stock, coconut milk, sauteed garlic, salt, pepper and some real butter)
  • Zucchini 'noodles': (julienned zucchini, olive oil, garlic and 2 beaten eggs)
  • Rosemary chicken (chicken, olive oil, green beans, mushrooms, bacon, rosemary and almond flour)
